I live outside of the US, will you ship to me?
We only ship orders within the United States. Due to the nature of our items, we cannot guarantee the condition they will arrive in if shipping takes longer than 3-4 days.
How do you ship your items?
Our orders ship Monday-Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. We can ship using UPS Ground, please let us know if you prefer to use them for delivery.
What are your shipping charges?
Standard shipping charges are as follows:
1-5 items $10.00
6-10 items $15.00
11-20 items $20.00
21+ items $25.00
If you are overcharged shipping during checkout, we will refund the difference to you. If you are undercharged, we will eat the loss. Very large orders and orders requesting UPS or expedited shipping will be charged our actual shipping charges (plus a rush fee if appropriate). You will be sent an invoice for the difference that MUST be paid before your order will ship.
Do you gift ship?
Indeed we do! Please place each gift order separately and be sure to specify the address it is to be sent to. If you would like us to include a card, we will do so free of charge. Just let us know what you would like it to read and we will do the rest.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our items are made as they are ordered, so it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. It all depends on
1)How many orders are ahead of yours
2) If we have to special order any ingredients
3) How large your order is.
You will receive notice when your item ships and a tracking number. Orders for large events must be placed 2 months in advance and will be delivered in time for your event.
I suffer from food allergies, are your products safe for me to eat?
All
of our products are made in a kitchen where nuts, nut flavoring/oils
and/or ingredients that contain wheat, eggs, milk and soy are stored
and used. Special
care is taken so that allergins do not come into contact with other
ingredients, however, if you suffer from food allergies, products are
ordered at your own risk. If you are in doubt as to whether a product
is safe, ingredient lists are available upon request.
What is your privacy policy?
We
don't appreciate it when someone gives out our information. Therefore,
we will never share your information with anyone at any time for any
reason.
What is your refund policy?
Due
to the nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy
with your order, we will work with you to make it right-at our
discretion. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days
of receiving your order.
My order just arrived, how should I store my goodies?
All of our products contain no added preservatives and should be consumed as soon as possible to avoid spoilage. Our filled candies will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Plain chocolates, chocolate barks, dipped snacks are fine for a month. Baked goods, gourmet apples, popcorn and nuts should be eaten as soon as possible to get the freshest product. Breads can be frozen for up to a month and thawed overnight or in a low temperature oven. Be sure to keep your goodies away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
