1 Dram LorAnn's Super Strength Flavors 1 Dram Bottle $1.25

These super-strength flavors are 3 to 4 times stronger than grocery store extracts - a little goes a long way! 1 teaspoon of extract is equal to 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of these super strength flavorings.These flavor oils (also known as candy oils) are not diluted in water or oil like many others on the market. Add true-tasting flavor to all your candy, confections and baked goods! Gluten and Sugar Free (except maple), certified Kosher by Star K (except Horchata). We use these flavorings in most of our candy recipes, cakes, frostings, fillings, baked goods and to flavor chocolate. 1 and 4 ounce sizes also available by special order.

These flavor are also appropriate for all candy and baked good recipes, but are not available in a 1 dram size. Great for flavoring candy centers & fondants! Use approximately 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. per pound of chocolate or compound. Certified Kosher by Star-K (except Canadian Maple) 1 ounce bottles.

Tart & Sour Flavor Boost $2.00

Add a half teaspoon to enhance the flavor of fruits, add a teaspoon for a sour zing! 1 ounce bottle.

Professional Food Colorings

Gel $1.50

Ideal for use in a wide variety of cream-based baked goods, cookie dough, cream cheese frostings, marzipan and whipped toppings. Gel colorings can be used interchangeably with Lorann liquid colorings. Half ounce pkg.

Liquid $1.50

Conveniently and consistently shade candy, frostings, punches, ice creams, Easter eggs and more. Also appropriate for use with airbrush dispensers. 1 ounce

Powder $2.00

The ultimate in strength and versatility. Used in chocolates, dry mixes and many other applications where water is prohibited. Use sparingly as powdered colors are extremely concentrated. Half ounce pkg

Please Note: LorAnn's flavorings are highly concentrated-be sure to wipe up any spills quickly. Prolonged contact with plastic, counter tops, and other surfaces may cause damage. Plastic utensils, measuring spoons and bowls should be avoided.
